CR Event Jan 2013: Zodiac New Year

it's for 's January's event, called new year zodiac. after chinese new year it will be a year of snake, with the element of water. I have to make a picture that contains snake and water haha so I draw my CR OC soaking wet with unknown reason and idk why he's topless either and add a random snake. ah and a snake tattoo on his deltoid lolololol xD actually it's very OOC to draw him this way but... AS LONG AS IT'S PRETTY TO SEE. //slappedhard
